Fiorlago is diversifying from its traditional role as a floricultural producer and is opening its gates to the public.
Started in 1984 as a spare-time activity, Fiorlago is nestled on the outer slopes of the Val Grande National Park, one of the largest areas of wilderness in Europe. Today Fiorlago is one of the exclusive producers of plants typical to Lake Maggiore.
Magnificent blooms will accompany the visitor along the path through the grounds and the production centre to arrive at the Mycological Nature Park, an integral part of the Educational Farm.
We welcome children and students of all levels and ages, summer camp groups, families, groups, travel parties and floriculture enthusiasts with the desire to decorate their gardens with a particular species of tree or shrub.
Fioralgo aims to charm and fascinate visitors in the context of a remarkably scenic landscape.
The Mycological Nature Park offers many activities. The visitors will be enthralled by the beauty of the woodland environment with its plants and fungi, and the fantastic colours and shapes of the natural landscape.
Children are free to play liberally. Workshops and trails to be enjoyed by all ages can be arranged together with teachers from the visiting schools.
